I have been trying to find this features that I value so much, the ability to sent and receive SMS Text message directly from Exchange Server 2010 via using Outlook Web Access. Here is the screenshot the OWA 2010 in action;

Can anybody help me find where can i set the exchange server 2010 to be able to send and receive SMS text message from Outlook Web Access as it say here; http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298136(EXCHG.140).aspx#outlook I have been trying to find this all day long.
